Retailers have strong social media presence – but don't integrate or promote it

According to Internet Retailer, the majority of top 100 companies had a profile on Facebook (79%), Twitter (69%) or both (59%).  But just over one-half of social media participants included links promoting their social media presence in their e-mail campaigns. Further, less than 30% mentioned their Facebook and Twitter accounts on their company Website prominently. Have you ever considered adding more videos to your blog posts to keep the readers more entertained? I mean I just read through the entire article of yours and it was quite good but since I'm more of a visual learner,I found that to be more helpful well let me know what you think !
