TWTRCON: Now With Social Media Case Studies, Stats and Video

Today we are launching the web site for TWTRCON SF 2010, our fourth real-time business conference.

We’re also launching a new, expanded TWTRCON.com web site, with tabs linking to social media case studies, statistics and video.

Over the last year we have collected quite an extensive set of social media-related content.  We started blogging about social media in business on a blog called Social Media at Work (socialmediaatwork.com).  As we began working on our first TWTRCON event, we realized how many people were interested in case studies and social media statistics, so we began systematically posting those and  tagging them in ways we thought would make it easy for people to find the most relevant ones.

Over time, the collection at Social Media at Work grew — and so did the TWTRCON community and event. TWTRCON is generating more content, such as video of all the sessions, that we want to share with the broader community.  And Social Media at Work consists of many case studies that we found by researching speakers and content for TWTRCON.

We’ve decided the time has come to integrate the two initiatives.  It will allow us to better focus our efforts and to expand the sharing of best practices that happens among the real-time business community at our TWTRCON events to the web.  The new TWTRCON web site now includes

Our goal is to create a platform for real-time business professionals to share best practices, exchange ideas and learn from each other.  Just like our events, we want to make TWTRCON.com a place that’s well-organized, efficient but also fun and conducive to networking and to sharing your ideas with others in the community.

We hope you like the changes, and that we’ve made it easy for you to navigate both the event and the content portions of the site.

And we hope you’ll register to join us in person at TWTRCON SF 2010!
