Maksim Ovsyannikov leads Zendesk’s strategic product direction as VP of Product Management. Ovsyannikov has over a decade of experience in strategy and product management within the enterprise and SaaS software space, spanning Fortune companies such as IBM, ADP and Saba. He is a frequent speaker, a recognized though leader and has published numerous articles related to next generation thinking on the subjects of technology innovation, business productivity, business execution, enterprise performance management, social networking and collaboration. Maksim holds a BA in economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Leavy School of Business, Santa Clara University. Ovsyannikov is an active board member at Stanford University’s Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and Stanford’s Center for Global Business and Economy.
