Retailers have strong social media presence – but don't integrate or promote it

According to Internet Retailer, the majority of top 100 companies had a profile on Facebook (79%), Twitter (69%) or both (59%).  But just over one-half of social media participants included links promoting their social media presence in their e-mail campaigns.
