Razorfish Study: Brands Must Do Better in Social Media

Razorfish surveyed 1,000 consumers: 80% belonged to at least one social network and 40% were active in two. 62% say they don’t seek out brand opinions via social media but 71% share recommendations on products and services on social sites at least once every few months. 29% of survey participants associated themselves with specific brands on social networks.
