Yesterday Tumblr hit a significant milestone — the site now hosts over 100 million blogs, huge growth from just 50 million blogs in April of 2012. The site’s 100 million blogs contain around 44.6 billion posts, and there were 82.6 million posts to the site yesterday alone. Wow.
According to The Next Web, growth is continuing to accelerate; there were 93 million blogs in early March 2013, so nearly 7 million blogs have been created in just the last month.
