TWTRCON DC NPO Info table

Washington DC is home to many non-profit organizations, and we have some terrific speakers who will talk about how Twitter can be used for fundraising and to drive community involvement.  We think that all types of organizations will learn a lot from the creative ways that non-profits use micro-blogging in their businesses.

If you’re a TWTRCON DC and work for a non-profit organization, you’re welcome to bring some information to share with other attendees.  We’ll plan on having a special NPO Info table in the exhibit area at which attendees can browse and pick up information about the non-profits represented at TWTRCON.  Some guidelines:

  • Keep it small: noone will want to carry more than one or two pieces of paper
  • We’re estimating that we’ll have about 300 people onsite; it’s hard to estimate how many will pick up your information but you definitely won’t need more than that
  • If you want to bring something for us to distribute, please bring it with you the day of the event and drop it at the registration desk. We’ll have someone dedicated to replenishing what’s on the NPO Info table.  If you want to take back left-over pieces, stop by the registration desk at the end of the conference.
  • Please email Colleen (colleen at modernmediapartners) and give her a heads-up that you’re planning on bringing something so we can keep count & have enough room for everyone!

And, of course, all attendees, including non-profits, are welcome to submit case studies, too!
