- At 5 pm EDT today, we will randomly select one #TWTRCON tweet from all tweets sent between 9 am and 5 pm EDT
- The person who sent that tweet will receive a free pass to TWTRCON DC
- We’ll announce the winner via an @ tweet, and also try to contact him or her via DM
